1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using PriorDent, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including clinic administrators and staff.
2. De-identified data requirement — active restriction
You must not enter real patient PHI (protected health information) into PriorDent in its current form. Shadow-test mode is active. This means no real patient names, initials, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, insurance member IDs, chart numbers, or labels that can be linked back to a patient. Violation of this requirement is a breach of these Terms.
Use synthetic data or opaque anonymized labels that PriorDent cannot link back to a patient. Clinic administrators are responsible for enforcing this requirement with their staff.
3. What PriorDent is
PriorDent provides pre-submission claim intelligence tools for dental clinics. It is a decision-support platform — not a legal authority, clinical authority, or guarantee of authorization outcomes. Clinicians and billing staff retain full responsibility for all claim submission decisions.
4. User responsibilities
- Keep your clinic account credentials secure. Do not share login access between staff members who should have separate accounts.
- Ensure all case data entered is de-identified, as described in Section 2.
- Verify payer rules and prior authorization requirements directly with the payer before submitting claims. PriorDent's guidance is informational, not definitive.
- Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm PriorDent, other users, or patients.
5. Payer rules — informational only
Payer rules, coverage policies, and authorization requirements displayed in PriorDent are maintained in good faith and verified against publicly available payer documentation. They are provided for informational purposes only. PriorDent does not guarantee authorization outcomes. Always verify requirements directly with the payer before submission.
6. Limitation of liability
PriorDent is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PriorDent and its operator are not liable for denied claims, lost revenue, authorization outcomes, or any other damages resulting from use or inability to use this platform. Your use of PriorDent is at your own risk.
7. Intellectual property
The PriorDent platform, including its software, design, and payer rule database, is owned by Paul Havrilets. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to PriorDent at any time if these Terms are violated, or for any other operational reason, with or without notice. You may stop using PriorDent and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of PriorDent after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
